Reset your password

Forgot your password? Request a reset link from the log-in page, confirm it, and set a new password of at least 8 characters.

Why use it

A reset link proves you own your email address, so you can get back into your firm's workspace without anyone else's help.

If you are already signed in and only want to add or change a password, use Profile instead.

Access to the email inbox you use for Moodiri.
Open the log-in page and try to log in once. Forgot password? appears after a failed attempt.

Open the log-in page. The reset link starts here, under the log-in form.
Try your Email address and password and choose Log in. If it fails, Forgot password? appears under the button.
Choose Forgot password?, type the email you signed up with, and choose Send reset link.
Open the email, follow the link, and choose Continue on the Confirm your sign-in page.
On Create your password, type your new password, then type it again to confirm it.
Choose Set password. Moodiri signs you in and opens your workspace.

Limits

Forgot password? appears only after a failed log-in attempt.
Passwords need at least 8 characters and no more than 72 bytes (about 72 plain letters and numbers).

Passwords don't match.: type the same password in both fields.
Password must be at least 8 characters.: choose a longer password.
Verify your identity: if this link appears with an error, your confirmation has timed out. Choose it, confirm with Google or a new email link, then set your password again.
This link isn't valid: the reset link is incomplete or has expired. Choose Back to log in and request a new one.

Questions

I signed up with Google. Do I need a password?

No. Keep choosing Continue with Google. You can add a password later from your profile if you want both. See Profile.

The reset email didn't arrive.

Check spam and make sure you typed the email you signed up with. Then go back to the log-in page and request another link.
