# Vendor page

> One vendor's linked products, the projects using them, contact and showroom details, trade terms and sales rep.

A vendor page gathers everything about one supplier: what you have specified from them, where it is
used, and who to call. Open it from **Directory** > [Vendors](https://docs.moodiri.com/directory/vendors) by choosing a vendor.

## Linked products and projects

- **Linked products** lists every product with this vendor, with the space it sits in. Switch between
  **Cards** and **List**.
- **Projects** lists the projects that use this vendor's products. Choose one to open it.
- **Notes** shows your notes about the vendor, when there are any.

## Vendor details

The side panel shows the **Company logo**, **Category**, **Price range**, **Website**, **Email**,
**Phone**, **Account number**, **Address** and **Showroom**. It also shows the vendor's
**Trade discount**, with whether it auto-applies to imports, and **Trade terms**.

When the vendor's discount has changed since some products were added, a **Re-apply to** button

## Sales rep

The **Sales rep** panel shows the rep's photo, **Name**, **Email** and **Phone**. Choose the email or
phone to contact them straight away.

## Questions

### Why doesn't the Sales rep panel show?

It appears once you add a rep's name, email or phone with **Edit vendor**.

### Why is a product missing from Linked products?

Only products with this vendor chosen on them are linked. Set the vendor on the product to add it.
